We currently own and operate three apartment buildings, each with six units.  The apartments provide safe and affordable housing for consumers who are receiving mental health services and who need assistance with housing.  By placing the apartments in the local communities, we give each individual the opportunity to blend into and be a viable part of the community.  The units connect to a commons area. This common area encourages our tenants to provide mutual support and can also be utilized for group functions.  Each of these units is fully furnished.  All utilities are included with the rent. Two of these units are located in Mercer County while the third is located in Van Wert County.

To assist those clients with families, we have built a three-bedroom duplex, also located in Mercer County.  These units come unfurnished with utilities included.
