Team Leaders

In 2016, Janelle was promoted to Director of Quality and Staff Development, where she ensured compliance with State and Federal Regulations across all locations and led staff training initiatives. Just one year later, in 2017, she was named Chief Executive Officer. In her current role, Janelle is responsible for the overall administration and daily operations of the agency. She works closely with the Board of Directors to guide strategic planning, oversee program implementation, and ensure the organization’s objectives align with its long-term vision.

Janelle’s comprehensive experience across departments has given her a deep understanding of MRSI’s operations and the regulations that guide them, particularly those from the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) and the Ohio Department of Health (ODH). Her passion lies in seeing the progress and joy of the individuals MRSI serves and fostering strong connections with both the people supported and the dedicated staff. She finds great fulfillment in witnessing employee growth and success within the organization.
