Pam Oechsle

Pam has been a joint employee of MRSI and the Tri-County Board since 2002.  Pam is the Director of the Challenged Higher Club House (Drop in Center) located in Van Wert.  Since Pam became director, the Drop in Center’s average attendance has dramatically increased.  She is responsible for developing programs and activities for members of NAMI (National Association for the Mentally Ill)  Pam assists the tenants in our Housing Division with obtaining Section 8 housing vouchers and maintaining their eligibility for low income housing.  She is responsible for inspecting all MRSI owned property to ensure our apartment units are well maintained and that they continue to meet health and safety standards.  Reach Pam at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
